We manufacture bearings of special shapes and dimensions according to the customer’s requirements/drawing documentation up to an outer ring diameter of 40 mm (single-row, double-row – external surface is ground) and up to a diameter of 65 mm (external surface is turned).

Special ball bearings (PLC)

Special ball bearings have usually non standard dimensions or design. Such bearings are determined to be used in machines, devices and facilities the design of which does not allow to use standard types.

We produce special single row ball bearings mainly related, from point of view construction, to standard ball bearings. Such bearings are usually used like rollers in machines and devices in various industries. On the other hand, special double row self-aligning ball bearings with larger inner rings are intended for the aircraft industry, i.e. to be used for control rods in planes, travelling roller with journal is designed for transport devices..

Our special bearings (bearing pulleys) can be used for temperatures up to 150°C. We offer also stabilised ball bearings for high operating temperatures by 350°C, shielded with lubricants up to 300°C and sealed bearings up to 200°C. Two-pieces cages are made from steel, eventually brass sheets, plastic cages are from various materials (usually polyamide PA6.6 with an admixture of glass fibers).

Tailor-made deep groove ball bearings (VLM)

We manufacture special single-row ball bearings and double-row ball bearings, the construction of which is mostly derived from standardized ball bearings.

Special ball bearings from our production (special bearings) are now marked with the letters VLM
and a three-digit number indicating the serial number of the special ball bearing.

Our special bearings (rollers) can normally be used up to a temperature of 150°C. We also offer bearings stabilized for high operating temperatures up to 350°C, lubricated by grease up to 300°C and with seals up to 200°C. Cages consists of two parts made of steel or brass sheet, plastic cages made of various materials, nowadays mostly made of polyamide with glass fiber admixture.

Special bearings and pulleys are produced with different sizes of grooves on the outer ring, as well as with pressed pins – all according to the requirements and customer´s wishes.

They are used for high surface pressures. With respect to the non-efficient lubrication, the spherical bearings are used only for slow pendulous motion. Their design enables only minimal needed maintenance and they usually show almost no wear. The rings are made from hardened bearing steel (14 109.4, 100Cr6). Gliding surfaces are ground and super finished. Allowed working temperature of steel plain bearings range from –200°C till +400°C.
